Hey Vin,

First off let me just say that I am no animator, so take my advice as a personal opinion only. However several of my friends are animators and from listening to them talk and seeing their demo reels here are my thoughts.

You need to put your best work first. To me, your strongest pieces are (in no particular order): The cat, the two character with the box, the green 'boxy' walk and run cycle, The lip sync,

Your first piece, with the ball, seems unnatural to me. I know that showing weight is one of the main things with animation. Again I am no animator, but the bigger character lifting the box seems to portray weight in a more naturalistic way.

The run cycle immediately following seems to stiff and repetitive and there is little to no motion blur. Same comment for your last piece.

Although your last peice does show the tiredness of your character rather well.

All in all, excellent reel. A few thing to work out, but looking good.
