Hello everybody,
I am Michael, a compositor and graphic designer, from Munich, Germany.
I got a new version of my website http://www.tinitron.de (http://www.tinitron.de/) up and also finished my latest compositing showreel.
You can view the attached MP4. I also attached the breakdown.
Any feedback is very welcome.
I have been working with After Effects for nearly 7 years now and just started to learn shake because I really want to go into feature compositing.
All the best from rainy bavaria!!
Michael
P.S.: And by the way, I am looking for a job around Europe!

Hey Michael..
I think you got some good stuff.., but you mix it with mid-low ones.., I think you should`t mix the Motion Graphics with Compositing reel.. and I would obviusly start your reel with the lunch scene or the fighting scene (with the buildings 3D), they are good composed, I think you have showed too much.. of the same things.. may you should make more breakdown of less takes.., and mantain the same duration of your reel..
Anyway.. I think you got potential.., and good work..

Hey padre_gg,
thanks for your feedback!
Although some parts contain motiongraphics the main task on them was the compositing. You are right, I really have to think about some of the shots on the next version, but there will be new shots anyway. And I will think about more detailed breakdowns, but that will also have to wait for the new shots because I don't have most of the projectfiles anymore.

Hi
I'm Flame artist from france.Used to work with after effect. Your reel is the proof that cool things can be done with after. Like padre said, i think your reel, is a little too long.
Keying works really good, but there are too many. Especially on football. The shot with teh little girl is not really interesting regarding to your other set replacement.
But real cool reel

Hi Mike,
nice to see some new work from you!! Good reel, the only two things I'd change is the shot with the girl, it's too long - and then I would remove the shot with the guy in front of the TV- he loses his reflection and the TV image looks too sharp regarding it is shot from a near distance.
Hope to see you,
greez
