hi everyone.
i keep having problems using a crop with "reformat" on after a normal reformat.
(jerky behaviour when switching between proxy and full mode)
everything is ok if i don't use the reformat, which normally i should use after a read node.
does using a crop with reformat on make using the common reformat obsolete for that source
thanks

Well reformat gives you the option to SCALE the image to the new format, using a crop node and checking reformat only changes the output format and does NOT scale the image.
What exactly do you mean by jerky behavior? I just tried an example with your problem and had no issues of the sort, can you post an example maybe?

Are you sure you're using the correct Proxy sizes?
The factor must be common, otherwise it won't work correctly.
But if you're on the Windows version I wouldn't be too surprised, since it will depend on Nuke's mood on that exact moment. Even tho I haven't experienced problems with it so far in this latest release.

i believed that if i use crop without it, than a specific area in a n image is croped, but still hangs with it's bounding box uncropped and one would switch on reformat to do so, but i guess i was wrong - that's why i get the problems when switchin between proxy and full...
