Our Singapore based studio has an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented individual to join us as Lead/ Senior Artist on our new and exciting online PC project. So come join us in Singapore and discover our rich ethnic, cultural and historical heritage and visit the sights and sounds of Singapore along the streets of Chinatown, Kampong Glam and Little India.
Our ideal candidate:
· At least 4+ years of experience as a Senior 3D artist with at least 2 shipped titles and one as a Lead Artist.
· A motivated team-leader with attention to detail and respect for deadlines & budgets who is task driven with excellent time management skills and with the ability to prioritise their work as well as the team members beneath them.
· Experience of managing art teams effectively and in a timely fashion.
· Previous experience of mentoring and tutoring junior artists.
· 2-3 years experience developing and implementing solid art production pathways.
· A minimum of 5 years experience with Maya, Photoshop, and other 3D/2D art applications.
· The ability to find creative solutions when troubleshooting and assessing risks.
· A good understanding of cutting edge artistic techniques and tools and the ability to implement them into current practical practices.
· Ability to consult with leads, producers, designers to develop the look and feel of the game.
· Creativity in generating new visual styles, quality and directions.
