cant upload video file..

I was trying to upload a quicktime (mov) video to a new thread i was going to start. The video was only 28 mb and i undertand that the limit is something like 49 mb so its not a size problem. I tried 3 different times and from both firefox and internet explorer and no luck. Any ideas what im doing wrong? after a few minutes, while the file is supposed to be uploading the attachment pop-up window just redirects to this "Invalid Post specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator" Check the screengrab im providing..

Help please!!

edit: I tried a few times again and the problem persists.. after 14 mins "uploading" it just fails and redirects to the screengrab shown below.

by the way the reason i posted this in the WIP forum is because this is where i wanted to post my WIP video..

Maybe worth sticking it in a .zip file then trying to attach that?
