Developer Autodesk has announced that with the forthcoming release of 3ds Max, it will be splitting the release into two products, 3ds Max 2009 Entertainment, for game and movie producers, and 3ds Max Design 2009, for architects and designers.

Now.. Y does that remind me of 3ds Max and 3ds Viz ?? :)

...and then they're going to split the two versions into a "complete" and an "unlimited" version (where the "unlimited" version is the complete one, and the "complete" version is not as complete as the "unlimited" one.) Huh? Maybe after that they can split them into left and right handed versions. :)
