City Generator Plugin for Houdini

Hi everyone,
Im a computer animation and visual effects student and im plannin to create a Procedural city generator plugin like CityGen, CityBot for houdini as my masters project. Can anyone pls tell me the existing city generator for houdini or maya which is being used by the film and game production companies..

normaly companies in film , use in tools that are in house....
and since houdini does'nt have plugins the only thing you can do is make one or ask some one on how to make a digital asset like that..
