combustion Tv display problem

hi,
im watching the combustion on the tv through the firewire and the mini dv cam attached
the display on tv is 16Bit
i mennagde to watch effects and color.
when im trying to apply an edge gradient or feather to a mask the display on my tv is without any grad ,blur etc....
does anyone know what is the problem

I'm not quite sure about this one, I honestly I haven't checked, but If I remember right, this is an issue of your view context.
have you tried to set the composite where your applying your operators for view output, not the operator itself.
if that doesn't work, try nesting...

Afair that helped for me with a similar problem.

Thnks Manu,
now its ok , it was an issue of Background.
i added a solid and set it as the BG and than it solved te problem
thnks anyhow and hope this will help whoever sees it :thumbsup:
