question About the Entries deadlines

I'm in California which is Pacific time, but the time on this site is different......
The time now is 06:15 PM on this site,
here in California its 11:15 am.

so my question is, does the deadline on the VFX Challenges goes by the time on this site or does it goes by what ever time zone that you are on?

just a little confuse......trying to clear my mind.

Paul is away this weekend, so I'm taking care of the challenge....

As I'm not 100% sure what the rule generally is, I'm going to say midnight in whatever time-zone you're in, or midnight GMT, whichever is later....

I live in a place with a temporal flaw, so our clocks here have a two days delay, I hope you can understand that :P

Just kidding, I'm just sad because I need one more day to finish mine, but what can I do, I have been hit in the leg trying to hold the line and captured by evil forces :darth:
