Hello to all..im practicing rotoscoping with combustion 4...now is it bad if we move the tangent handles or one of them...will i get boils if i move them..

Its very difficult to keep the boiling off yor roto. Try to use the bsplines if possible, but follow the common tips for roto: less keyframes, less control points.
