Ok, I'm not quite sure how to explain this, but I remember seeing a demo several years ago that involved using After Effects to do motion tracking in a 3d program. Once the motion tracking had been completed in AE, it involved copying the keyframe information, washing it through Microsoft Xcel, and then taking that data, and applying it to a camera in a 3d software package.
Unfortunately I don't recall how the exact process worked, as it seemed fairly complicated at the time.
Has anyone else heard of using this technique, or one similar to it?
Thanks,
Justin
