Can anyone recommend a good script writing application (for Windows). We're thinking of making our own script template since our short is very VFX-oriented but in case there is a way to save some time ...
Any tips? :spacedout

Final draft is supposed to be the gold standard, but I've never used it personally. I use a word.doc with taylor(tailor?)made shortcuts and settings. Works like a charm. Shouldn't take longer than an hour to set up. Of course it can't be read into MovieMagic like Final draft can.

You could also try Cinergy Script Editor, it´s free and looks promising. haven´t used it though, just found it.
