When I download the footage for the challenge, all I get is a text file. What format is it in and what do I need?

Which version did you download ? The Big one, or the little ones ?
Its just a .rar file that expands out to a QT movie. You need WinRAR that you can get here: http://www.rarlabs.com
Let me know if you have anymore troubles and Ill sort it out for you asap

Problem is I'm on MacOS9 and there is nothing on the rarlabs site for that OS.

does stuffit not handle .rar files ? or even winzip for mac ?
