why they unwrapped the sequence, instead of that they can take damaged skin from 3d model with textured area in alpha and comp.

If you have a geometry track for the face you can project the plate onto it, then render that out in UV space. To do this plug your 3D scene into a scanline render node in Nuke and change the projection mode to UV. This unwraps the face and creates a stabilsed version that you can paint onto. Then you can re-apply this unwrapped version to the geometry, as a texture and render it back through the camera.

This method is good for sticking things to surfaces the move a lot in 3D. It's a good technique for face replacements too.
