Camera matching

I have match moved a shot using syntheyes (which I normally use to go into lightwave), but I am trying do something with it in After Effects. I have got the shot in. It gives me lots of null layers and a camera. The tracking seems good. What I can't figure out is how I get for example a mask on the video to move with the nulls or camera. I am a complete newbie with AE, but can't find any help anywhere.

Any ideas, or pointers, or tutorials you can point me to?
