Pinnacle Systems, Inc. today announced that its CineWave RT Pro editing and compositing system was used by Ocean Video to deliver on location video assist for the production of action scenes in the forthcoming summer blockbuster movie from Warner Bros., Matrix Reloaded. Ocean Video's Brainstorm solution uses a mobile Pinnacle CineWave, with Apple's Final Cut Pro, on a movie set to provide directors with immediate feedback for their live action shots, increasing efficiency, improving continuity and reducing the number of takes required to complete scenes.
