Hello, is it possible to convert image's alpha channel to mask? I have a targa sequence with Photoshop hand-painted alpha channels and I would like to use them as animated masks (kind of like Waking Life rotoscoping). Thanks!

i think this is the solution (fusion 5).

1.load the tga seq in fusion so you have a "node"
2.make a new node in the tools/mask section (bitmap)
3.attach the new bitmap mask to the seq where you want to use the tga seq (use the blue input).
4.attack the the tga seq to the bitmap input
5. done

hope that helps :)

(you can use a channel boolean between the tga seq and the bitmap mask node if the alpha is not selected)
