How can I make this brush?

Hy there!

Can you tell me how can I make this brush (look at the image I have posted)?
I need a "drawing" brush , not a "stamp" brush , wich means that I can draw or stroke a path with it and the result should look like in the picture I have posted.

you will never get random dot patterns with a "drawing" brush.
to get that effect I would go for multilayers (different stroke widths and opacities) and noise/blur effects.

I hope it makes sense.

edit: better idea - dirt/noise layer masked with a regular(blured) stroke.

you can use the brush tool but it depends on your settings. clicknroll is right... you can change the settings of the brush, noise, blur effects, etc.
