Great to hear that you might make a new DVD, here are some things that I would like further explored...
1. Texture remapping using UV data and STMap or I distort - practical uses as well as how to
2. Relighting using Normal Maps
3. Controlling lighting through RGB 3 point lighting
3. Complex tracking situations and solutions
4. Color expressions
Just my two cents - I bought the first two and would buy any additional that came out.

theyr'e probably the best intellectual investments you ever made comping wise.
screw nuke...you'll learn how to think/see like a comper when he breaks down the burger/aquarium shot(pricelesss).
throb: start your own academy and throw houdini into the mix.sweeet.

Rob, the creator of the Gnomon DVD's stated in another thread that he could make another DVDa and what would people want to see in it if he should.
Sorry for any confusion...
As far as the person who asked me to talk about the IBK Keyer. I am no expert here but I find the IBK Keyer pretty straight forward. All the keys though that I have had to pull were pretty simple but it was painless. I really just followed the instructions in the manual and then tweaked a little
There is a greenscreening vid from CMI that I have not seen but everything that I have seen from them was well done.

if you want keying tips, there is an entire section on my dvd's devoted to that including the primatte tool and using various color ops and the regular old keyer to get a really good key.
i should add IBK to the request list however :)

I agree with the 5 themes exposed by sl0throp. At least the creation of RGB 3 point lighting for volumetrics and its process inside Nuke; and texture remaping through UVs and relighting from Normal maps. Maybe more on Nuke 3D capabilities and uses.

1. Real projects solutions with nuke.
2. Nuke customization(things like : tcl coding, centralizing plugins folder in one place for easier updates, other fun stuff )
3. expressions

first off thanks throb for taking the time to research what we are looking for:)
the things that i would be most interested is also concerning 3d compositing, i would love to know what passes do you guys really use for production and how do you use them (different tips and tricks what one or the other pass could and should be used for). the before mentioned normal pass for example for relightning, the coverage channel for example (can it be used for aa issues on zdepth passes) do you use it and for what? would aprreciate any info how you break up the different renderpasses and how they can be used for different purposes.
these are the first things that come to my mind at the moment. its easy to understand how things work, but difficult to realize how they can be combined for best results.
btw congrats on the brilliant collaboration with kosinski, you guys know your stuff!!!

Throb,
From a compositing stand point, it would be great to see how the use of the newest Optical Flow stuff in Nuke fits into a comping workflow. Such as using the vectors from a Key generated matte, or Roto matte could be used to add motion blur back in over the comp to really glue a subject into his/hers new surroundings. ala 'Flags of our Fathers' . Thanks Throb.
