about DF custom tool

:confused: :confused: i am trying one way to capture an area's R.G.B's change by using Custom tool.now, i can get R,G,B by expression. but how to use the value..i mean how to connect the "Number 1" in custom tool to R(or G,B), maybe need use expression...
who can help me ...
it is a way to comp real shots and 3d objects' lighting.for example:in a canle lighting room.lighting is changing almost every frame..

You know that there's a tool in Fusion called 'probe' . I think it comes standard with Fusion or else it's a free plugin from www.komkomdoorn.com. It will do what you want and drive other values as well, so there's no need to go into the custom tool.
