The second one is easy, the first one is a bit more challenging. If I remember correct, the text above the heads stay aligned with the head. Will take a few minutes to find a track that'll do that for you.

By any change, can you upload this footage in a better resolution?

If nothing else, save it out as a jpeg sequence. Set the quality to 93-95%
Upload it to www.rapidshare.com, www.yousendit.com or www.mediamax.com

After Effects has a great tracker, and those two shots are super easy.
When I get home tonight, I'll make a quick little video tutorial and show you how. It's super easy. And we'll only be using AE, no 3d trackers.

i think at this point if your gettin down to the wire and are worried about gettin in over your head with boujou, you have an easy enough shot that you could get a decent 2dtrack with AE and be able to just eyeball the perspective change of the text on a 3d layer...same with the 2nd shot just eyeball the scale and perspective. If i were you i deff, would have had the guy wear a beanie with a single logo on his forehead instead of the stripe cuz that would have givin you a good tracking point, but it seems that the shadows of his eyes and nose are consistant enough to track. Thats probably what i would do and any keyframing you do yourself like the perspective changes, with a shot like this always use easy ease (F9 with keyframe selected) to avoid any abrupt unnatural motion.

If you need more info on how to track in AE i would check out either AE's site, lynda.com, creativecow.com, or even just google "tracking in aftereffects" and you should be able to find some tutorials, its a pretty simple process compared to other tracking programs.

Jup after seeing your footage, the AE Tracker is all you need. Just need 1 Track Point, track the data to a Null-Object and apply the text to it. Then all you need is to perspective the text as you want. If you don´t know how to track, just google first or hype/me can help you.
