how to create jet turbine via MAYA -

hello...I know some people post this question before....but the tutorial video already broken. I appreciate if someone can help me out this again. Thank you so much!!!!
ok, I would like to make jet turbine behind a fighting jet by MAYA. I tried use three emitter with clouds, but I can not get satisfied render. All clouds mass up together  .......is there any way can create or how should I do ?? Thank you again!!
