The standard method for comping very basic CG, where you've got just diffuse, specular and alpha passes, is:
Reorder the alpha to "aaaa"
IDiv the Diffuse by the Alpha
IDiv the Specular by the Alpha
IAdd the Diffuse and Specular
Do any grading you need to do
SwitchMatte the result with the Alpha
To add Occlusion into the mix:
IDiv the Occlusion by the Alpha
IMult the Occlusion with the Diffuse
Add the occluded Diffuse to the Specular
Grade
SwitchMatte

Just one more thing to know as you said hugh i was going through it, (as i have to color correct as well ), should i put ColorCorrection node before IAdd ? but what about IMult node you already have that also perforems colorcorrection !!!!

If depends if you just want to change the colour of the diffuse or specular, or change the colour of the whole thing.
I usually have grade sections on each pass, and then another once they're all together.
I say "usually".... Generally, my CG comps will start like this, but will often get tweaked and pulled about, and by the end be almost unrecognisable.

why use the AE_ nodes? Shake has it's own perfectly acceptable equivalents... All of which are covered in the shake documentation.
