Sure. In your "Nodes" window, click on the mesh node. In it's parameters, you'll see the "Polygon size" attribute. The defaults to 0.0, which actually lets Realflow decide on the best polygon size (I think). However, my guess is that you might have set this too high? Try setting it to a smaller value.
However, this is a bit of a guess. There are many other reasons that it won't build a mesh!
Actually, I've just noticed that you specified you selected an emitter and hit the "Build meshes" button. Do you have any mesh objects in your scene? Hitting that button builds mesh objects, it doesn't put a mesh around a particle system for you. Sorry if this is obvious, but you meed to create a mesh object, then assign it the particle system that you want to build a mesh around (i.e. your emitter).
