hello deepika

i had the same problem as urs when i did a choclate bar effect

what i did was i reduced the mesh polygon size to .6 from the default value.... eventhough i had some minor problems later i imported into maya and did some lighting techniques to make the video good... have u tried reducin the polygon mesh size... there would be some improvements for sure... later do some lightin techniques which suites ur project gud

I've you tried to tweak the values in Internal & External pressure?
Polygon size is also important.
I'll suggest you tweak also the radius & blend factor. Especially the radius.
Good luck hope you can achieve a good result.
Cheers

RF tries to replicate reality. You have to study the proprieties of chocolate.
You will not find tutorials related to that. Observe this case study:http://www.realflow.com/n_cs_goplana.htm

It's the best I could find for you.
Cheers
