watch the video, read the manual, put two and two together ...

look in your render output folder and delete any .tmp files, if you're overwriting the files it could also be that you're on that particular frame in framecycler or something

if it's just the water that has artifacting, it's not that bad, but on the one minute mark you have the shot with the arm and the entire arm and at the very end his leg starts deforming very badly...
