I have a moving shot with a bank of tv's in it. The shot is moving with fairly loose head and i have 3d tracked it. I have matched the move and the picture that goes into the tv tracks...

Try luma key it??

Use highlights and low lights. Use this to key through and add as reflections. Perhaps if its old style glass a little warp on the edges.

For outputting to film and getting back to 4 perf for projection, do i just pan scan and resize to normal 4 perf frame? or is there something i need to do before hand...

Have you tried colour correcting the alphas? may have some degree of help

track the point you want with tracker. Do a merge. Put the tracker node inline witht the spot light. Set it to match move....... i thnk thats what you want

We use Photo modeler for stills...very simple and quite good actually :)
