Well, fusion by default smears its loader pixels to facilitate roto operations, you can turn it off using a button labled "SmR" ,located in the viewer.Attaching a image to help you out .
can u elaborate on your problem, because pixels do get to "boxes" when zoomed it is a common resolution problem.
