what do you think, should I make different reels to reflect specific skills? One for roto/key/matte, second for animation and for compositing with breakdowns?

No, there is no exact point, just cut. But I see that showreel has to show some specific skills.

What about weaker shots? Any oppinion I'll take in account especially I am looking or work in...
