As far as I know, you can't reset the feather of all your keys in a single click. you have to manually go to each keyframe, select the point and hit 'Shift + E'.
What exactly are you trying to do here? Can you elaborate? The general way is to track your footage and then importing the object you want to bring in the scene. Or exporting your point-cloud back to...

I am trying to work with 10-bit log .dpx film scans.. and i m not fully aware of the pipeline in nuke.. Is there anything for viewing purpose like there is 'Film Look' in Combustion.....

according to my view after effects will do the job.. try and create an alpha (scar or cut) and track it to where you want to place it.. this tracking can be easily done using after effects' tracker.....
and the suit of the soldier is having a blue tint in it...
you should have used the markers while shooting in the first place.. that'd help you with the tracking thing.. btw what package are you using to get it done..
