vfxtalk members can gain a 2-week free trial at fxphd.com by registering at https://www.fxphd.com/lounge/register.php and entering the code "VFXTALK057" at the point in which they are asked to pay.

This will allow access to the first two classes in all 16 courses offered at fxphd, allowing potential members to view the quality of the training on the site.

    Instructions for code:

    1. Visit https://www.fxphd.com/lounge/register.php and enter your registration details. If you already have an account, you can log in.

    2. After you've entered all your information, you'll be taken to the payments page. Enter the code VFXTALK057 in the Promotion Code box at the bottom of the form -- you'll need to select a subscription price, but don't worry...you won't need to enter any credit card information.

3.You will have access to a special 14 day preview membership to fxphd.com. Via the Class Preview page (under the Members navigation tab), you can preview the first two classes for all 14 courses offered at fxphd.com. In addition, you'll have read-only access to the forums at fxphd -- but you won't be able to post until you join for real.

How does the Vip code work when i join for real,
I noticed that we get something like 25% off if i remember correctly.

So if i decide to join tomorrow do I get a certain code from you?
I will be joining soon as I want to do the Nuke, Shake and am not certain about the matchmoving classes
either the mokey/monet/mokey way or PFtrack.

    thanks in advance.

Does this work already? I am tempted to join the October term but I would be very cool if I got this one week peek to see what I can expect there.

Yeah, it'd be great to still have this deal available. I was looking into taking some of the courses and would love to "try out" 2-weeks of certain ones to help me pick exactly what I want to take.

You get to do that anyway once you sign up. You can watch the first 2 classes of every course before making a decision.

I think this program basically allowed you to put off paying till after the second week.

If you do decide to sign up now would be a good time we're just in break week so no classes are going out. Though depends if you have time to catch up; there are 5 classes for each module out so far.

Also if you could refer me it would be much appreciated. My username over there is "djgray88".

The problem is that each term tends to fall right when I'm towards the end of a project (i.e. crunch time) so I don't have the time to dedicate to the class.

Good to know you can try the courses out...looking forward to the day I can be a student again
