I got a big move file,i need to speed it up and compress it...

I rendered mov from camtasia and the video is like 1 gb.

I need to speed this video up to 5 times and render and then compress in reasonable size ...

So please help me.I can't use after effects to render this monster,it is too big.Tell me the best solution you got please

I use Quicktime Pro to do my compressions. It has several settings that can really compress your video. You can also affect the pixel size of your video to save some space there, and the video quality if you are willing to sacrifice some of it.
