Flash reflection in photo

A bright white flash reflection is visible on my photo. Is it possible to remove this with Photoshop?

its possible.
you could select just the white points by control clicking your channels this will
give you a luma mask you can now use for colour correction

or you could clone it out
it depends on how much there is.
