Independent Edit is seeking an experienced 3D matchmove artist for July/August project.

Experience and skills required:
- At least 3 years experience in tracking and matchmoving on film or commercial projects.
- Ability to manually work with tracking software, beyond normal automated settings, for more difficult shots.
- In depth understanding of all aspects of 3D camera movement, including rotation, scale, lenses, distortion, parallax, etc.
- Sufficient knowledge of 3D animation and compositing programs to collaborate with those team members.
- Ability to assist in planning shots to avoid potential problems.
- On-set experience a big plus.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
