I'm now confused about this question. How can I make the best? Anyone can tell me, please? And something like how to move a composition to a film editing soft with the best quality which doesn't belong to the same company? Thanks and sorry for my terrible English.

Because of my bad English, I can't describe my problem clearly. Now I don't have any project which used compositing and visual effects.
So I can have an easier question, what affect to the video quality?Because I don't know much more about compression, file type, and graphic card. I'm a Vietnamese, VietNam is a poor country, and now still using analog TV system.

I would suggest you take a look at what Wikipedia has on video compression. It will might be beneficial to read it at you own patse :-)

    Hi there Mox,

Can you tell us what sort of workflow you're trying to sort out? Or to ask the question another way here's a quick questionnaire:

    1) which program are you trying to export from (AE, Shake, etc)
    2) which program is it going into (Final Cut Pro, Avid, Premiere?)
    3) where will it finally end up? (TV, web, DVD, VHS?)

I think the end answer is that you'll need a codec which is lossless (http://wiki.multimedia.cx/index.php?...s_Video_Codecs)
