The Ghost project is my third project at Lost Boys.

I worked on it for 4 weeks and most of time I spent shooting because I'm interested in making movies.

The concept is a scary surgical experiment that happened a long time ago at an abandoned research facility.

I used Nuke for compositing and After Effects for effects and editing.

A lot of interesting stuff going on, good work overall. Some nice lighting and atmosphere. Since you specify that you're more interested in the film side, I'd like to offer two editing suggestions if I may...

1. The numbers on the building edit, while cool looking, made no sense to me. Wasn't sure where they came from, why they aged, where they part of the building or??? I'm guessing it was an address, but its just not clear. If you could see them on the building in the long-shot I think you'd be ok, maybe comp them in?

2. If you have a close-up of the item that he is holding/discovers I think it would be helpful. The whole time I was trying to see what is in his hand and it was weird that the viewer was not allowed to see the big discovery.

Firstly, the number was part of the building.i tried to show the building in the long shot. The problem is the shot does not matched with the actors eyeline in relation to the number on the building.So, i edited before the shot of the building.


Secondarily, i understand your point of view.
if i have enough time i would shoot again.
