Hello fellows out there ! i think this is the correct thread to ask this question...

Question:

A friend shot everything on film at 24fps but one scene she shot 30fps because there was a computer monitor in the shot and she didnt want the flickering to happen.
So now in post that scene shot at 30fps (it is film) she wants to bring it down to 24fps like the whole sequence/short film.

What is the best/easiest/cheapest way to do it ? Or the best way to do it? What do you think is the best software that does it nuke, shake or aftereffects ?

Ive been trying to deal around with twixtor in after effects but i can't really tell if im doing the right thing, if you have use twixtor before please show me.....or if you know another way let me know
