    Its good, however it needs some variety. You need to do some tracked shots that are zooming, or going in and out of focus, etc. Not every shot is a steady walking hand-held scene. As for the tracking, its all very solid, however, i'd have to see the HD version to really give feedback on the track, as compressed video can hide a lot of subtle tracking problems.

    zooming and focus, i'll keep that in mind.
    Internet speeds are terrible where i live and i just couldn't upload a higher res one, youtube kept showing up with an error but i'll try and upload though

    well it looks good for now..but cant tell much abt the matchmove as u hav placed only a textured plane in most of ur shots..may be if u place some other objects which has some mass, would make it look better...nd as dotcommer told try puttin a better quality video.. try vimeo instead of youtube..all the best

    And as for criticism, I can only echo what the other guys said, just some variation, use a tripod/zooms/dolly etc (just one of each, or a combo). Otherwise, it's looking very solid, good job !!!!
