15fps? in combustion

this may be blatantly obvious but how would I re-time a clip to that it looked liked it had been shot at say 15fps but still retain the original timings ie not sped up?

What happens when your inport the footage and then render it out
at 15fps and then import it again?
I dont have it in front of me at the moment.

maybe in the footage controls set the FPS of the footage to 15fps.

just a thought

Sorry for the delay in my reply. hm not really the look I was after. I'm trying to simulate a stop motion look but from real full time footage of people moving
