    HEllo there !

    A couple of questions:

    1. Whats the best way to import image sequences to FCP?

    2. How do you deal with moving from FCP to AfterEffects or Nuke, or shake...if you have an edit in FCP and want to do some effects, how would you export it to the Compositing application, and then bring it back to FCP without losing any quality. Tiff Sequences? Animation codec? NONE compression? Whats the best way to work?

    3. Also i had a problem once, i created this small animation, a logo animation in AfterEffects and didnt use any compression to export to FCP as a small clip..Then i impot it in FCP, put it in the timeline and then the color was washed out and also the letters of the logo name where not sharp, like jagged some of them, kind of like anti-aliasing problem....do you know what this is?

Thanks in advance for your time and response ! I appreciate it !

FCP loves Quicktimes. Best choice would be encoding the sequence into a quicktime using the codec you plan to edit in.

FCP offers a native "Send to Shake" option. For AE there are several ways, best way would be the Automatic Duck plugin(~500$), another workaround would be exporting an XMLfile form the sequence, import it into Premier and send to AE .
There are also several free AE/FCP Plugins available

Could be anything. Most likely it's the RT playback options in FCP. Render the seqence and see what happens.
If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "please" then I'll say "no" because it's shorter than "yes"
