WAY WAY WAY WAY too long, and I don't understand the point of most of the shots...why were they roto'd? Was there an effect to any of the ones prior to the blue screen shots? Or was it just to show off your ninja roto skills? Great job, but there is NO way you would ever get a potential employer to sit thru anything that long.

Just being honest...the work is great...but if it wasn't for anything it doesn't really belong. It seems like there is actual work that required roto on there...just show that. A full on vfx reel with tons and tons of work done should no be longer than 2 mins.

Like others have said, far too long, but man, what a great volume of work. Some of those shots I was just in awe over how clean they were. Surely you don't draw out ALL of your masks do you? Can't you get away with some of them from luma keys and such and combine with other hand drawn masks?

Great job, but I'd have to agree with Fury. Maybe you can edit it a bit and comp the roto over some Bg to highlight the purpose of the roto?
