    What kind? Lens?

If so there is a lensdistortion node.

but lens distortion hardly helps to undistort an image, if you are looking for lens undistortion.
the 3d card system has a good distortion tool which might be useful.

but getting an exact match with pf track's/other matchmoving package's distortion in nuke, is really difficult,

am trying to find my way for that. would appreciate if any response on that.

Use PFTrack Distortion Grids, PFTrack_5.0_Ref from 57 to 60, you can also render un-distorted footage to disk ..

Overlaying the two with a 'difference' merge is a good way of seeing how close you are getting. If you can get the output to be completely black (i.e. no difference) then you've undistorted correctly.

Remember the lens distortion node in Nuke only works one way (horizontaly I think) and so you have to rotate the footage inbertween to get it to apply vertically.

thanks Kyo and Redlum for your quick response

i am rendering a checker board image from pftrack to match it better on nuke, but still have few pixels of difference.

The lens distort node in nuke only works horizontally. So in order to get it to work vertically, too, you need to have two lens distort nodes.

    So...

    Image
    |
    Perpdistort1
    |
    Transform (rotate 90)
    |
    Perspdistort2
    |
    Transform (rotate-90)

That way you have more control over the nature of the distortion. Hopefully that should eliminate the few pixels you have remaining. Also, remember the distortion can create artifacts/degradation in the image (which could account for the pixel difference you are seeing).

In addition, you can even use SplineWarp for that.
