Position available for an experienced Lightwave CHARACTER ANIMATOR. This is a temporary position and applicants must be Los Angeles residents and work from our offices at Universal Studios.

Position will run for aprox. two months.

The animator will be working exclusively in Lightwave on CAPRICA, the television series prequel to BATTLESTAR GALACTICA. Must be able to demonstrate versatile and professional animation ability, not just walk cycles. Looking for an animator who can work creatively with a small team of artists under a tight television production deadline.

Helpful to have had experience with importing 3d tracks, and laying out objects into the live action plates based on those tracks.

We are a multiple Emmy Award winning visual effects team based at Universal Studios in Burbank.
