    I agree. The day to night shot probably could use a few lights in the buildings. Also, I would shorten your title sequence. It's 20 seconds, when it could probably be 3-5seconds.

    make it shorter and I'd stray away from the Hollywood camera work footage..sooooooo overused. Should be for practice.
