Well, it is a graphics reel so its hard to comment too heavily...all I can say tho is that your demo reel should not show everything you have ever done in your life. It should only be your 3-5 most recent projects. This is WAY too long and when I see 2007 it shows you are really digging into the archive to get something on there...and its not needed.

Also, there is a LOT of stuff that looks identical. Find 30-90 seconds of your most impressive work and just use that, opening with the coolest stuff you have worked on.

That will give you a MAJOR step up.
