Snapping in roto/paint tool

Is there any way to disactivate snapping when you transform a roto spline. Its very annoying particularly in rotation.
I can disactivate it temporarly by pressing alt key while i rotate, but i m looking for a permanent solution

But to answer your question: to prevent snapping while using the transform handle, hold down Alt.
