The floor is amazingly truthful, maybe less wet look could be fine....the violin needs more commitment. The lighting on the chair is strange, very strange. I like the picture on the back, definitely! Good work.

I miss the blur... everything looks so clear, sharp, clean. Try to use Z-pics and a Depth Blur for gaining more realistic depth in your picture.
I like the painting on the wall. It looks dirty, used. You see these dark spots around the frame?

The leaves in front look bad. Better don't use them when they aren't finished or there is no time for doing the realistic. Leaves are something everybody really knows of. So, there more common the objects are to the audience, the more critical they will watch.
The violin needs a hole in the middle for building a resonance body. Otherwise you wouldn't hear a thing

    Keep going...

    Are we having fun yet...?

The violin's body is flat and it should be rounded. Add some noise displacement to the leaves. The chair is to sharp, try a little bevel for the legs. Is it ok for you? Enough critics/comments? And I repeat, there is a strange light below the armrest, what is it?
