  1. #1 Multiple camera projections!
    Hello guys,

I'm new to this forum and new nuke user.

Would anyone help me please to find a tutorial about multiple camera projections in nuke?

through my research I found these inspiring links

    http://glyphfx.com/mptk.html

Also Frank from the Foundry did some bridging between Nuke and Mari here :

But there is no clue about how he did the multiple projections in nuke!

    Yes +1 here.

I usually duplicate the object for multiple projections, but after seeing what Frank did with Mari i tried to do the same thing with Nuke and failed. Don't know if its possible in Nuke.

There should be a way to do that, because digital domain did that ages ago!

It's doable. Where in particular are youi having problems?

Just do as you would for a single projection multiple times.

...and use 'MergeMat' to merge the projected textures before they reach the geometry.

    Doodle did an example here.

You could try coverage map workflow too.. I was impressed by Mari workflow but it would have been a lot better if it was built around Photoshop as most of the matte painters use Photoshop.
