720p is the shorthand name for a category of HDTV video modes having a resolution of 1280×720 (for a total of 0.92 megapixels or 921,600 pixels) and a progressive scan.
see was that so hard? your resolution is SD(standard definition). your WHOLE comp needs to be 1.5 times the size it was. instead of 720x480 you need 1280x720. this makes a 4:3 image(think old TV) into a 16:9(widescreen TV). so its either stretched or squiched. you either need to scale it up even more till it fills the frame or add black bars (letterbox) to your comp .
the pixel aspect ratio also news to be 1 and not 0.9.
to be even more complicated you have 29.97 interlaced footage but 720p(progressive needs that to be deinterlaced. so when you render it out make sure it says progressive and NOT interlaced.
your quality is gonna suffer immensely
