  1. #1 VFX Challenge in china
    hi Moran

It is of great pleasure of introducing myself to you as one of the administrators of Chinadv.com, and my name is Zhen Lee. Specializing in Chinese VFX, we are more than pleased to establish cooperation with you.If I had enough time, I will also participate this interesting competition.

chinaDV are one of the biggest CG & VFX forum on website in our country and have handling various kinds of FX competition for about six years. We approach you today in the hope of establishing cooperation with your VFX Challenge and expect, by our joint effect, to enlarge our website scope.

Owing to some communication problems and the different cultural backgrounds, many excellent VFX artists of China have no chance to communicate with the foreign fellows. Being closely connected with them here, Chinadv.com hope to give them an opportunity, by using the same subject, to do this diverting VFX with other foreign colleagues.

    Hereinafter is my first-step idea

1.Sharing the same subject with VFX Challenge in china, we take charge of translating the rules and background materials into Chinese.

2.The best work should be selected by Chinadv and vfxtalk respectively, since commission that choose through public appraisal is more suitable for our country. Or the cheating behaviors of voting will be a big problem that you cannot imagine.

If you have an interesting about this cooperation, we can take a further more discussion about other detail things.

What do you think about this idea? It is hoped that by our joint efforts we can promote cooperation as well as friendship.

Your early reply will be highly attraciated.

PS: you can find the related references about our Chinadv.com as follows:http://www.fxguide.com/article225.html&mode=nested

We are always working hard of providing the best environment for Chinese CG artists to communicate with the world.

Hi, I am Seffil. I am not chinese but I have a lot of respect for the chinese (and asian) culture. I used to speak chinese (long time ego) but now the only thing I remember is how to count. I am kind of new to the VFX community and I want to be very active and exchange idea and collaborate with other artist. I am an Adobe After Effects and Discreet 3D Max user. I have been freelancing as a motion graphics artist and it is been going alright. I am from the Comoros Islands and right now I am located in the United State (Atlanta Georgia). I am planning on relocating to where opportunities are. I am proud of ChinaDV and I hope to make a lot ot connection with a lot of talents. I would like to invite you guys to take a look at one of my project at www.bbitz.com (title of the project is "Human Torch", it is an imaginary movie trailer)
